I have gone through some major changes in the past couple years with insurances and the people at ICNE have been extremely gracious and helpful. Eileen and Lori were nothing but kind when my needs were voiced. Whenever I needed to visit, I was seen by someone within 5 minutes of arriving. Even during the times where I could not make it in person, everyone was considerate and caring over the phone or via email. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The bank is good, it recently merged w/ First Niagara so some minor kinks came about but all you have to do is present your issue to the tellers/managers and they take care of it. The staff are the stars! They are always willing to help, pleasant, welcoming & greet you by name. The care, compassion and diligence to seeing that every detail I wanted for her was taken care of, is not the norm today. They both went above and beyond just being a business. They were human...and loving...and wanted to help me through this difficult experience by alleviating some of the distress during this time. And Mason's prices were a couple of thousand dollars less than his competitor in Agawam. The home was simply elegant...newly remodeled...and the experience was one I will never forget. Thank you both for everything. My mom looked beautiful...the place looked beautiful...and you both are two beautiful human beings. I wish you great success in your business and in life.
